What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, date of birth), shipping address, order history, cart and favourites when signed in, language preference, return photos you upload, and seller listing content for seller accounts.
How we use it
To run your account, process orders, show notifications, handle returns and wallet credit, and improve the shopping experience. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
Update profile and address in Account. To request deletion of your data, contact support@dukankrd.com.
