Return Policy (orders)
This policy applies to items you buy on DUKAN. It is referenced when you agree at checkout.
When you can return
Returns are available after a seller item is delivered. You cannot return items that are still processing or in transit.
How to request a return
Open My orders, choose the delivered item, and tap Request return. You must provide a reason and clear photos so the seller can review your request. The seller approves or declines; approved returns must be completed before any refund is issued.
Refunds
Cash on delivery orders: approved completed returns are credited to My wallet in IQD. Card in app orders: approved completed returns are refunded to the same card. Wallet-paid orders are handled according to the return outcome shown in your account.
