What is covered
New items sold by sellers may include a manufacturer warranty when stated on the product page. Warranty terms come from the brand or seller, not from DUKAN directly.
Making a claim
For a defective item after delivery, start with Request return in My orders. If the product page lists a manufacturer warranty, contact the seller through your order for warranty documents.
