Terms & Conditions (orders)
These terms apply when you place an order on DUKAN. By checking the agreement box at checkout, you accept them for that order.
Your order
When you place an order, you commit to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown. Stock is checked at checkout. Seller listings are fulfilled by the seller as described on the product page.
Prices & currency
All prices and totals are in Iraqi dinar (IQD), whole dinars only. Your order total includes item subtotal, shipping (by weight/rules), and a buyer service fee set by the store.
Payment
Cash on delivery: pay in IQD when your order arrives. Card in app: pay by card in the app when you place your order. My wallet: the order total is deducted from your store credit balance immediately; wallet funds come from completed returns or prior wallet payments and are not a bank account.
Delivery address
You are responsible for a correct shipping address, recipient name, and phone number. Orders ship to the address you enter at checkout. Sellers may provide DUKAN tracking numbers when items ship.
Marketplace sellers
Some products are listed by independent sellers. DUKAN facilitates the order; the seller prepares and ships their items. Returns and order questions for seller items follow the return process below.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order before any seller item is shipped. Cancelled orders restore stock for seller listings. Shipped or delivered orders cannot be cancelled — request a return instead.
